Contractors do not enjoy going to someone’s home and having pets bark at them, trying to bite them, or jumping on them. Granted, you might not always be able to prevent your dogs from barking at someone, especially when it’s someone they are not familiar with. With that being said, keep your dog away from your contractors so that there’s no chance of anyone being bitten or knocked down. This isn’t just for the protection of the contractors, either. It’s also for the protection of both you and your dog. The last thing you want is your dog biting someone. If they do, it could mean that your dog is taken away from you, or worse. It’s better for everyone involved if you keep your pets and the contractors separated so that the two don’t come into contact with one another.
